Once your order has been placed successfully, it will be securely packaged and shipped to you using one of our selected global carriers, which we will update you by email. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We like to ensure each edition is perfect by taking a few extra steps. This means orders can take 2-6 weeks to get to you while they are framed (if you have ordered a framed work), checked, and await the seal of approval from the artist themselves. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible, so we appreciate your patience during this process. Our main priority is sending you something perfect that you will want to keep in your collection for many years.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
Every finished work we send to our collectors is packed in a flat, secure, and unbendable box for your piece. Once securely packaged inside the box, we attach your shipping labels and necessary customs documents. Please remember to take extra care when opening the packaging and unwrapping your artwork. We include handling gloves for you to use for this.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs depend on your artwork's size, weight, and destination. Shipping costs are calculated before checkout and included in the total cost of your order, with no additional charges beyond the cost of delivery to us. All orders are shipped using our selected premium carriers. Sales tax is charged to orders shipped within the states of California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and Washington. The applicable tax rate for orders within these states is subject to state sales tax between 4% and 8.875% sales tax. The applicable tax rate for orders within these states is additionally subject to an additional 0 - 4.5% sales tax based on individual counties and cities. Shipping costs are also taxed. Sales tax is not charged to orders shipping to states outside California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and Washington. International customers may incur additional charges at the time of checkout. International Duty and Taxes are calculated according to country and included in the order total at checkout. The buyer is responsible for paying all import Duties and Taxes before shipping. We will transfer the fees we collect to FEDEX to process your international shipment.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally using selected global carriers. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to relevant customs duties of the destination country. Customs fees should be paid upon arrival in addition to shipping and handling costs. As customs charges are governmental taxes, we fear we cannot discount or reimburse you for these costs. If your country is not an option for checkout, please email us at store@parlastudios.com, and we will contact our carriers directly to get a delivery quote.
HOW DO YOU DECLARE GOODS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
We declare all shipments as limited-edition artworks, subject to the nature of the piece ordered. We cannot mark your shipment as a gift.

Every shipment to any of our collectors has been fully insured from when it leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at your door.
WILL THE CUSTOMS OF MY COUNTRY CHARGE ME DUTIES AND TAXES?
Your country's customs may charge you duties. The exact amount can vary depending on the artwork itself and your country's customs laws. We pay extra close attention to orders going through customs. Each order will have the correct documentation so that minimal appropriate duties are applied.
